Library Birthday Book Program
If you would like to purchase a book in honor of your child’s birthday (or another occasion- good report card? graduation?), please send your child to school with a check made out to the Peace Dale PTO in the amount of $14.00. Please write “Birthday Book” on the note part of the check. Your child will then choose one of the available books for their Birthday Book. Please tell me what you’d like the bookplate to say:
“This book was a gift to Peace Dale School Library in honor of:
_______________________________________________________________________”
This is a great way for children to participate in building their school library, and nice for them to know that the book plate with their name will stay in the book as long as it remains in the library. Thank you in advance!
